1. Using Chingu Stories
Chingu Stories is an entertainment service operated by 1Click AI Serviços Digitais LTDA. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You may watch available content as a guest. An account may be required for purchases and account-related features. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Content and availability
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app and watch the content made available to you. Do not redistribute videos, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Available titles, episodes, languages and features may change. A subscription does not promise a particular number or schedule of new episodes unless expressly stated in its offer. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding a purchased service.
3. Subscription offers and payments
When a subscription is available, its included benefits, price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase. Payment is processed by the app store through your store account after confirmation. Only the benefits expressly included in the offer apply. A membership purchased on another platform is separate unless the offer explicitly includes access here.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by your store. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through the store account that made the purchase. Canceling generally stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's rules and applicable law. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting your Chingu Stories account does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
5. Restoring purchases and refunds
Use “Restore purchases” in the app with the appropriate store account and your Chingu Stories account. Contact support if a purchase cannot be restored. Refunds are handled under the purchasing store's policies and applicable consumer law. We do not limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.
6. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and subscription information is handled. You can request account and data deletion. Cancel your store subscription separately if you also want to stop future billing.
7. Changes and support
