How to request deletion

1. Email info@1click.ai with the subject Chingu Stories account deletion.
2. If you signed in, send the request from your account email where possible. Identify the email used for your Chingu Stories account.
3. If you use a guest account, open Profile → Delete account and data in the app. Copy the account identifier displayed there and include it in your request. Contact us if you can no longer access the app.

Never send your password, sign-in codes, or payment card details. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before acting.

What will be deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete your authentication account, associated account profile information, backend account or guest identifier, and associated personal activity records, except for limited records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. We will confirm the outcome by email.

You can also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account; explain what you want removed in the same email.

Timing and retained information

We respond within the period required by applicable law. Backend activity summaries normally expire after 30 days. Authentication data removal from live and backup systems can take up to 180 days after account deletion is initiated. Backup copies may retain older records until retired.

Limited security, legal, or transaction records may need to be retained when applicable. See our retention policy for details. We will explain any applicable exceptions when handling your request.

Data stored on your device

Saved series, viewing progress, preferences, and image caches are stored locally. Use Android’s app storage controls to clear this local data. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not by itself request deletion of your server account.

If you have a marketplace subscription, account deletion does not cancel its billing. Manage any subscription through the marketplace where you purchased it.
